Heather Baker’s Miraculous Survival & Her Inspiring Journey as a CPR Instructor

Heather Baker, a young curriculum director at Pecatonica School District, suffered a sudden cardiac arrest at work in February 2018. Thanks to recent CPR training, her colleagues were able to stabilize her until paramedics arrived. Despite the grim prognosis, Heather survived and was later moved from a medically induced coma to recovery. Motivated by her experience, Heather became a CPR instructor, teaching thousands the skills that saved her life. She now uses her second chance to inspire and educate others, emphasizing the importance of CPR training in saving lives.
